I bought this book because I was curious. I thought, how this book can help me with me self-discipline when
I know that I have eaten enough but hell yeah take a look at this chocolate cake made from perfection and rainbows
and I want to eat it too? Can it stop me from being hungry? I don't think so. Well I am happy to say that
this book proved me wrong. In the first page I read the following: "Be in charge of your life".
I liked it and that's why I continued to read this amazing book that changed the way I am thinking, not me.
I came in full understanding of my emotions and why I felt boredom when it needn't.
