Fasten your seatbelts, Skarda fans. This one has more high-speed twists and turns than a turf-churning run to daylight. A Minnesota guy saves the Packers?

The third Sam Skarda mystery doesn't disappoint. I waited until I had read all three before writing any reviews.
I wanted to see if author Rick Shefchik had more than a book or two in him. Well, he does. This time Sam is hired by the Green Bay Packers. Seems that someone is trying to wrest control of the only publicly held franchise in the NFL.
And these people will do anything to get control of the team's Board of Directors and sell the team to private investors. There's lies told, murders committed, and careers ruined; and that's just the first few chapters. Read it.
