About the Author
Rich Hargitt has been a football coach since 1999. He has served as a head football coach and offensive coordinator at the high school level in Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He has been published numerous times in coaching journals and has spoken at both the Nike Coach of the Year Clinics and the Glazier Clinics. He is currently the assistant head football coach and offensive coordinator at Eastside High School in South Carolina.

Joel Penner has 16 years of college football coaching experience to his credit. He is currently the head coach at Dordt College in Sioux Center, IA. Penner began his coaching career at Pacific Lutheran University, where he served as the assistant recruiting coordinator under longtime coach and College Football Hall of Famer Frosty Westering. He then worked as an assistant coach at Trinity International for four years in a variety of roles, including defensive backs coach, running backs and receivers coach, and passing coordinator. In 2005, Penner became the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach on Eric Hehman s staff at NCAA D-III Greenville College. In 2009, Penner joined the Northwestern College staff in Orange City, IA, as offensive coordinator. His next coaching stop was as offensive coordinator at Malone University in Canton, OH, where he again worked with Hehman.

The title doesnt fit that book for Coaches

Coach Hargitt wrote some very good Books in the Past about the Air Raid Offense. This one is just a little overview about Spread Option Offense and Air Raid. The last part of the book is about some basic RPO plays at least with some false printed plays in the book. Can't recommend it.

Coach Hargitt and Coach Penner clearly know their stuff. The combination of air principles with a spread option attack is very innovative. I picked up several good ideas by reading.

A MUST READ for anyone looking forward to experiencing a full and meaningful life!

I am so glad for the publication of this book. Quarter-Life Calling is a great read and resource not just for those in their twenties but for people of all ages. Obviously, the younger the person is, the greater the benefit they are going to reap.
Paul provides great insight and wisdom into how one can find that sweet spot of living life full of meaning and with purpose. It is tragic to see so many people in all walks and stages of life wasting away their precious years in uncertainty and purposelessness. The life that God created for joy and enjoyment is often sapped by misguided and wrongly prioritized pursuits. I've been in pastoral ministry for 18 years now. I've counseled countless number of teens, college students, singles, young professionals, and even married couples struggling to understand God's calling over their life. I wished this book had been available many years earlier. I would definitely have placed them into the hands of many as a practical guide to understanding God and discerning His call over their lives. With personal illustrations and a wide-range of insights gleaned from respectable sources, Paul brings clarity to the understanding and definition of what calling is all about. This book is a rich resource and a practical guide for discerning and living in the sweet spot of your life.

but I am also amazed by the timing of it

Wow, what can I say? Not only am I absolutely blown away by the book, but I am also amazed by the timing of it. The book has practical tips and tools to steer millennials towards the right direction in seeking their true calling from our creator.

I was once a tax accountant working in the high net worth sectors. A few years ago, I hit what was described by Paul the “Quarter Life Crisis”. I am anxious about many things – when would I get the next promotion, how much would I make for the next few decades, when I can afford to buy a house (I live in Vancouver, Canada, where real estate prices are through the roof).

Additionally, there are so many choices of career I can venture into, my mind is too busy figuring out which is my true calling and hence it took me a long time to finally decide on developing my own marketing agency, which is aligned with my passion, personality, gift and life experience, as highlighted in the book. The Venn Diagram presented by Paul is very intriguing – the sweet spot is the intersection of those four elements. At the end of every chapter, there are many reflection questions that would assist you in inching closer and closer to the answer of the big question “What is my true calling?”.

The book is an interesting amalgamation of biblical teaching and Paul’s practical experience in Human Resources + coaching. I recommend this book to any Christians seeking to understand their life calling better, not just millennials.

Paul Sohn not only speaks to the felt need of his generation to do something of significance, he actually helps them figure out how to do it. But his book isn't just for the Millennial. People of any age who desire to know and follow their calling and God-given design will devour the principles and help he offers. He speaks from his Christian convictions, understanding both in his own life and in others' that God has made us for a keen purpose and we will be deeply satisfied when we pursue it! Read it, give it as a gift to your kids, offer it to people you mentor. Great book!

Needlessly long and meandering.

Better than the last book, but not by much.

The story starts off well with Simon convalescing with the Dwarves after his run-in with a red dragon at the end of the previous book. We learn some Dwarven culture, learn a little about the world, and meet a few new faces.

The next 45-50% of the could have been completely removed without it impacting the story whatsoever. Nothing of consequence happens. Simon picks up some furniture in Russia and makes some phone calls.

Around the 60% mark, we finally get a little action. It's minor and makes little sense, but it's there.

The ending was rushed and confusing. The entire final battle felt like it was written off the cuff with no planning. Almost like it was lifted directly from a gaming session. The way the information is delivered to the reader made me think I missed a chapter; he pulled a Tarantino, but with far less skill.

Another Triumph!

Simon awakes from a 6-month coma after being rescued by the dwarfs. Strengthened by a new magic staff he returns to his tower and another dragon threat. Next enters a good dragon, that provides invaluable insight to the future, and the evil red dragon bent on total destruction of all things human. Once again told in a pleasant easy flow, the author provides great entertainment. How the humans, elementals, and changelings pull together and war against the red dragon is related in great fashion with some unexpected results. Really enjoyable reading!

The cliffhanger ending was the best I read.

the ending, the very ending, was a complete surprised. I would of like if they would of joined the red dragons. Hopefully he will have more than another book, because of the red dragons living. The cliffhanger ending was the best I read. It let it where you have something to for your next book, but can be the ending of the series.
